The Hit List is a great little app. It works well for organizing projects and tasks. It is intuitive and well suited for anyone who uses a "GTD" organization structure, although "GTD" is not necessary. Overall its a great app. Its clean and easy to use.

Easy use
Customizable to fit your needs

Worst:

No native iPhone app
No sync with online services like Toodledo or Remember the Milk
iCal syncing is a little weak
